Do I have to be a Utah resident to apply?

Accepted Answer

No. The scholarship is open to students nationwide. While London Harker Injury Law serves clients throughout Utah, the scholarship has no geographic restrictions.

Question 2

Do I have to study law or pre-law?

Accepted Answer

No. Students of any major are welcome — sciences, arts, trades, business, humanities. Your major has no bearing on selection.

Question 3

What if I don't have a personal injury experience but my sibling, parent, or close family member does?

Accepted Answer

You qualify. The scholarship explicitly recognizes students whose lives were shaped by a loved one's injury, illness, or accident — not just those who were injured themselves.

Question 4

How are funds delivered to my school?

Accepted Answer

After a recipient is selected and confirms acceptance, we send a check directly to the financial aid office of the recipient's school, with the recipient's name and student ID number. Funds are not paid directly to recipients.
